Blue, our sophisticated Ragdoll from Down Under, brings his Aussie charm and expert napping skills to every consultation. Despite his posh Canberra upbringing, He's not too fancy to share the spotlight with his partner in crime, Bear.

Our loveable black Lab, Bear, specialises in tail-wagging welcomes and strategic treat acquisition. Together, they form our elite client comfort squad. They may not have hands for SMP treatments, but they've mastered the art of making everyone feel like family the moment they walk through our doors. Their combined years of experience in professional cuddles and emotional support make them invaluable members of our team (even if their attendance at staff meetings is mostly spent snoozing).

While Blue and Bear are beloved members of our Crown & Follicle family, our treatment studio maintains strict clinical standards with daily cleaning and disinfection protocols. For the comfort and safety of all clients, particularly those with allergies, our furry friends remain in a separate area of the building and are only available for meet-and-greets after treatments, upon request.
